Fry Cone accepts returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect products only.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the claim and, if approved, provide a replacement, refund, or return instructions.
Due to the nature of custom Fry Scoop products, we do not accept returns for opened, used, or non-defective products.
We do not accept exchanges.
Approved defective or incorrect product claims are handled on a case-by-case basis. Return shipping instructions will be provided if a return is required.
